01

Existing-condition documentation

Plans and models based on supplied measurements, photographs, and records. The source information and any limitations are agreed before drafting.

02

As-built updates

Field changes and marked drawings incorporated into an existing set. Updates follow the information provided by the team responsible for confirming site conditions.

03

Drawing conversion and cleanup

Legacy PDFs and drawing files organized into editable documentation. Layers, labels, sheet setup, and references updated to the agreed standard.

What we work from.

  • Existing drawings, PDFs, and available source files
  • Field measurements and marked-up plans
  • Photographs with locations or references
  • The intended use and required level of detail

What you receive.

  • Editable drawing or model files
  • PDF sheets for review and reference
  • The agreed updates to plans, details, and notes
  • Documented gaps in the supplied information

Drawing accuracy depends on the supplied information. Concealed conditions and unverified dimensions are not certified through drafting. Field verification and design decisions remain with the responsible project team.

Can you turn a PDF into editable drawings?

Yes. Send a representative file and the required output. We review its scale, legibility, and complexity before confirming the conversion scope.

Can you prepare an as-built set from field markups?

Yes. Provide the marked drawings and identify who has verified the field changes. We incorporate the agreed updates and flag unclear or conflicting information.
